INTRO
Girl Pirate is a coffee that demands attention from the first sip. Expect tropical rum, coconut, a pinch of spice, and sweet chocolate pralines, with pleasantly higher acidity, pronounced aromatics, and a playful Caribbean character that balances between coffee and dessert. In the cup: tropical rum, coconut, spice, and chocolate pralines.

THE PRODUCER
The base is a blend of two washed coffees. The Colombian component comes from Finca El Diviso, known for its modern approach to processing and distinctive, very clean lots. The Ethiopian component, Buture, brings gentler fruitiness, lightness, and aromatic elegance. Colombia contributes sweetness, structure, and a fuller body, while Ethiopia adds juiciness, freshness, and a softer floral note. The combination gives Girl Pirate layers, so it reads as pleasantly balanced rather than just showy.

THE PROCESS
Both components are processed by the washed method, which keeps the blend clean and legible with a pleasantly higher acidity. The coffee then rests in rum barrels, which gives it the character of tropical Caribbean rum, coconut, and spice without overpowering its original fruit expression.

Resting in rum barrels after washed processing is the defining step. The washed base keeps the cup fresh and elegant, while the barrel adds warming sweetness and dessert-like depth.
