INTRO

Sticky Fingers — a naturally processed Brazilian espresso from Campos Altos, delivering the kind of deep, sweet, and syrupy indulgence that makes great Brazilian naturals so compelling. Where Custard Slice is buttery and dessert-rich, Sticky Fingers is golden and honey-warm — vanilla syrup sweetness, nougat depth, and a long Manuka honey finish. In the cup: vanilla syrup, nougat, and Manuka honey.

THE PRODUCER

Campos Altos is a Brazilian specialty coffee producer whose naturally processed lots reflect the depth of sweetness and smooth texture that Brazil's established natural processing traditions consistently deliver. Brazil is the world's largest coffee producer, and its finest specialty estates have built their reputations on the kind of rich, honey-sweet, syrupy profiles that work beautifully as espresso — exactly the character that Sticky Fingers demonstrates, in a cup that earns its name.

THE PROCESS

The Natural process involves:

🍒 Harvesting — Cherries harvested at peak ripeness ☀️ Whole-fruit drying — Cherries dried with fruit intact, allowing the natural sugars to slowly integrate into the bean throughout the drying period, building the rich golden sweetness and syrupy body that define this lot

The whole-fruit natural drying is the defining step — by leaving the cherry intact throughout, the process builds the vanilla syrup sweetness, nougat warmth, and Manuka honey depth that define this espresso, while Brazil's established natural processing infrastructure ensures consistency and quality throughout.

THE CUP

A golden, sweet, and syrupy natural Brazilian espresso — vanilla syrup warmth, a chewy nougat sweetness, and a long Manuka honey finish that lingers beautifully. Rich, indulgent, and very easy to love.

Coffee Variety

In this coffee

Rich, syrupy sweetness.

About this variety

This is a mixed or locally selected coffee population rather than one precisely identified variety. Expect the lot’s tasting notes to be more useful than a single variety stereotype.

Why this one is different
  • Brazil
  • Natural

In Brazil, local selection, replanting and farm history can shape a mixed population over many generations.

Natural processing often brings a rounder, fruit-led expression, which can make the same variety feel quite different from a washed lot.

A little background

Several plant types may be growing and harvested together, often reflecting a farm or region’s planting history.

Classification Mixed population

Technical lineage The individual plants are not fully separated or identified, so a single genetic lineage would be misleading.

Variety is a guide, not a flavour guarantee. Lot notes are more specific.
