INTRO
Blue Bonbon comes from Banko Gutity in Gedeb, Yirgacheffe. Blue raspberry bon bons and red currants lead, with a candy sweetness and floral lift. In the cup: blue raspberry bon bons, red currants, candy, and floral.

THE PRODUCER
This lot comes from Gargari Gutity at Banko Gutity in Gedeb, Yirgacheffe, growing the JARC varieties 74110, 74112, and 74165 at 1,983 masl.

THE PROCESS
This lot is a Grade 1 Supernatural, an elevated, carefully selected natural: cherries are dried whole, letting the fruit's sugars pass into the bean. This approach is what builds the candy-like sweetness behind this cup.

THE CUP
Sweet and candy-like: blue raspberry bon bons lead, with red currants through the middle and a floral lift. Roasted for filter.
