Only orders placed with Special Delivery before 1pm shipping have a chance for delivery for Christmas. All other methods now will be delivered after Christmas.

As we approach Christmas this year, we expect to see a higher number of disrupted parcels as a result of a congested postal network. Therefore we are suspending delivery targets of the following:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Was 2-3 working days, now 2-5 working days
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 - Was 1-2 working days, now 1-3 working days
- Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm - Still guaranteed next day if purchased before 12pm
We are also in the process of moving stock around warehouses which is also causing our portion of delay to some orders containing certain items. This includes the Varia VS3 (and associated burrs), VS6 (and associated burrs), Timemore 064S/064/078/078S. This is currently leading to a lead time of +1 day to dispatch the items out. For this we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm - Monday 23rd December
