This is an update to customers who have pre-ordered 1Zpresso products (JX and JX-pro).
Our shipment was held in customs for 24 hours for a spot check which has meant the delivery date elapsed into the easter bank holidays. We were looking to have the products with us today, however, our shipment was selected for a check at the border.
Our brokerage team has informed us that the delivery date for us to receive the products will be next Wednesday (7th April). We will upgrade everybody's pre-order to Tracked 24 free of charge to help speed up the process.
