A temperature-controlled brew for pour-over has only very recently become popular with the sudden jump in interest in home-brewed speciality coffee. The Fish comes with a delicate and thin swan neck spout for highly controlable flow. With the Fish, you are able to set a temperature easily using the touch controls on the frosted panel - much like the Black Mirror Scales. Or if you need a quick boiling to 100 degrees, just long press the temperature set button.

The Fish also allows you to keep the chamber at temperature for a period of up to 12 hours and comes with dry-boil protection so you don't accidentally damage the unit.
