SSP sit on the front stage when it comes to flat burr design. Allowing you to access a higher level of grind quality with your current electric grinder, without the full price of upgrading your entire grinder.

The Multipurpose V2 (MPV2) burrs are the second iteration of SSP's 64mm 'Multipurpose' line; designed for those who are filter forward, but who are also espresso lovers. The V2 adds flat faces to the final cutting edge of the burrs which allows the generation of a controlled number of fines. What results is a burr set perfect for those who want one burr set to cover all bases filter and espresso.

MPV2 burrs generate a grind distribution which is focussed on a sharper grind distribution and limited fines, giving you a lighter body for espresso, and enhanced flavour separation in both espresso and filter.

If you are looking for a more classical espresso profile with higher texture and body, the SSP High Uniformity burr set will provide exactly that. 

If you are looking for brew/filter focussed burrs, with minimal fines for the highest clarity, vibrancy and juice, the original SSP Multipurpose V1 burrs are the way to go
