Description

NextLevel Pulsar Mini Brewer

The Pulsar Mini is NextLevel Brewer Co's compact, precision-engineered pour-over brewer designed for smaller dose brewing between 12g and 20g. Built entirely in the USA, this no-bypass dripper delivers exceptional clarity and control in a travel-friendly footprint.

At the heart of the Pulsar Mini is its integrated valve system, giving you complete command over agitation, flow rate, and the blooming phase. Close the valve to retain water during bloom, then open gradually for a controlled percolation—or experiment with hybrid immersion-percolation techniques for endless recipe possibilities.

The cleverly designed dispersion cap ensures uniform wetting of the coffee bed from your very first pour, eliminating channelling before it starts. Unlike traditional drippers, the no-bypass design means every drop of water passes through your coffee, giving you precise control over extraction and cup strength through brew ratio alone.

Whether you're dialling in light-roasted single origins at home or brewing on the go, the Pulsar Mini rewards attention to detail with clean, balanced cups that let the coffee speak for itself.
