INTRO Absolutely stunning — some of the biggest florality ever seen from Juan Peña. Sweet berry-like notes up front quickly give way to a massive bouquet of florals: heady rose and pungent orchid, perfumey, like walking into a flower shop. A truly excellent lot that will delight any flowerhead. In the cup: fruit loops, rose, and orchid.

THE PROCESS This lot is a Natural — cherries are dried whole, allowing the fruit to impart its character directly into the bean. This approach is what builds the overwhelming floral intensity behind this cup, with just the barest hint of berry sweetness at the start giving way to a huge bouquet of flowers.
