This year they began looking at specific sites and separating only the cherry delivered from the highest-elevation plants. Chorso Bule was the first site SNAP recommended for this approach, and SEY hopes it marks the beginning of a longer project.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEthiopia is widely acknowledged as where coffee originated, with DNA testing confirming over 60 distinct varieties, the most coffee biodiversity of any region in the world.
