It was first roasted for monthly subscribers in July and is now available to everyone. Kuri Mountain Coffee was founded in 2015 and started back in 1945 as a family business. Coffee cherry comes to the mill from many farms in the region, spanning hundreds of hectares.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eTHE PROCESS\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe ripe cherry was sorted, pulped, fermented, washed, and dried on raised beds. This is traditional washed coffee.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe straightforward, traditional washed protocol is the defining approach here.
