Cesar plans to expand their already long list of growing varieties, and hopes to increase their drying capacity to produce more microlots going forward.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eTHE PROCESS\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003eRipe cherries were depulped and fermented for 48 hours.
