After learning everything about coffee production, he inherited part of his father's farm and bought a parcel of land from his neighbour. That plot became known as El Jardín.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eTHE PROCESS\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003eCherries are first flotation sorted, then fermented for 24 hours in their mucilage.
