Despite being one of six siblings, Pablo was the only one willing to stay and carry on the family's coffee tradition after his father passed away. Now 61 with children of his own, he's remained dedicated to coffee throughout his life, expanding the farm by purchasing two additional neighbouring parcels. His daughter now owns a separate farm that Pablo helps manage, while his son stays at the main farm to assist with pruning, picking, and processing.
