He began by purchasing a small plot from his father-in-law and an adjacent parcel, and immediately planted 1,000 Pink Bourbon trees. It's a story SEY finds deeply motivating, and they're excited to see how his coffee continues to develop.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePink Bourbon is a relatively new variety grown mainly in and around Huila.
