At 1.5 hectares (about 3.7 acres), it is more a garden than a farm, perched at extreme elevation and producing some of the most dynamic and expressive examples of Chiroso SEY tastes each year. Urrao remains difficult to access, and SEY has found a way in via an avocado transport plane.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eChiroso is a new variety grown primarily in Antioquia, genetically identified as an Ethiopian landrace, though where and how it came to be cultivated in Urrao remains unknown.
