Koppi Roasters' Anne has visited twice a year since the partnership began, and the farm holds a special place in the team's heart — not only for the extraordinary quality it produces, but for the warmth, generosity, and humility of the people behind it.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe farm is cultivated according to organic and biodynamic principles — Yaved is deeply invested in biodynamic study, producing three different composts and compost teas alongside natural pesticides. The beneficio was renovated a few years ago with new tiled tanks and vessels designed for easy cleaning, and new shade-net covered drying beds were installed to slow the drying process and build a more refined cup. The high elevation and cooler average temperatures allow very slow cherry maturation, concentrating sugars and building the papaya, lychee, and melon character that bursts from the fruit at harvest. Every year, Yobani and Yaved push to be better — and every year, the results confirm that they are.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSidra is a variety grown primarily in Huila and Ecuador, genetically identified as Ethiopian Landrace.
