The farm's 56 hectares sit on the volcanic soils of the Antigua valley at 1,800–2,050 metres, growing Bourbon, Pacamara, Typica, and Geisha. Since Felipe assumed management, the farm has embraced fully organic, regenerative principles — with a \"biofábrica\" producing all its own fertilisers, fungicides, and soil preparations from fermented plant matter.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe results speak for themselves: Finca Gascón's Geisha trees, originally a difficult proposition on these soils, have flourished under organic composting and agroforestry management.
